Violet Phala Chauke is a Managing Director of African Violet Designs cc, a Deputy Secretary of Alexandra Chamber of Commerce in Alexandra. In this capacity she is responsible for developing, marketing and managing African Violet Designs

Violet is also trained in leadership role and she is sharing her skill with the women she is leading in the business organization and the Women’s League.

Committed to be part of the mainstream economy she has applied her knowledge in business and social responsibility projects. Her primary concern has been decorating and designing. Violet had worked with the union (Construction and Allied Workers Union for 13 years in the administration.
